Thank you for taking an interest in commissioning me. I really appreciate it. For your reference, please have a look at the following guidelines before submitting your commission request:
- I operate on a first-come-first-serve basis for commissions. If you have a deadline for your project, please let me know in the initial application so that I can confirm whether or not I will be able to complete the work in the desired time frame.
- I will only begin working on your commission after I have received the full payment through PayPal. I will send you an invoice to your email once I have approved your commission request.
- I retain the right to deny any requests for commissions that I am not comfortable with or if they go against my principles or standards. I don't like to accept commission payments if I can't start the commission right away. Please wait for my confirmation before making any payment!
- Please provide as much detail as possible about the environment you would like to see in the finished product. This will help me to avoid any disappointments and deliver a product that more closely meets your expectations. If you have specific images in mind, sketches, or even just a general idea, please let me know. The more information you can provide, the better! Please understand that it may take me several weeks to complete an artwork, depending on what you are commissioning.
- I'll email you "Work In Progress" shots while progress is being made, so you can see if there's anything you'd like me to change or fix. Once you're happy with the sketch, I'll finish the commission and send you the finished product. If you have any requests for changes to the finished product, let me know within 24 hours of receiving it.
- If you would like your commissioned piece to remain private, please let me know. Otherwise, I may use it in my gallery or portfolio.
